Salford Red Devils have learned who they will face in the Challenge Cup Third Round following the draw.
The draw that took place at 6:30pm yesterday (January 14) at the Spectrum headquarters of competition sponsors, Betfred and decided who the Red Devils will play in the next round.
The Challenge Cup draw that was scheduled on BBC iPlayer will see the club travel to either Midlands Hurricanes or Siddal ARLFC.
The two sides remain in the second round at the moment, with the weather fixtures delaying the game.
Either Midlands Hurricanes or Siddal ARLFC will contest against the Red Devils with their deciding fixture taking place over the weekend of February 7 to February 9 2025.
However, will have to show more strength having to play away from home.
This ruling following the decision that the Red Devils along with fellow Betfred Super League clubs, were guaranteed to draw a lower league opposition away from home.
Although the Red Devils will optimistic ahead of the fixture, hoping to reach the final once again as they had done previously in 2020.

The Red Devils were able to beat Catalans Dragons in the Quarter Finals (22-18), and Warrington Wolves in the Semi-Finals (24-22).
And despite the journey to the final, Ian Watson’s side were unable to claim victory in the competition losing the fixture narrowly 17-16 – with the Red Devils making a second half come back.
Fans should be encouraged by the potential fixtures and will have their eyes firmly set on the next round.
Dates to the third round fixtures are still yet to be announced with more information set to follow.
