Salford City will be preparing for their early Saturday kickoff against Notts County as they hope to return to their winning form.
The Ammies will kick off against their middle table rivals at 12:30pm with both sides chasing a win.
Salford after coming off the back of a 1-0 away defeat to Gillingham, with Karl Robinson’s side losing to a solitary goal.
The Ammies despite having 68% of the ball, and ten attempts at the homes side goal were held to a 48th minute Jayden Clarke goal.
While Notts County will be travelling to the Peninsula Stadium chasing a win – with the away side not winning a game since November 12.
The away side had their last fixture against Colchester postponed, with Notts County losing 3-2 to Walsall on December 3.
County will be hoping to redeem themselves from their previous fixture being more dominant with the ball (76%) but being unable to create many chances.
The fixture against Walsall saw a flurry of goals in the second half, following the home sides 22 attempts at goal finally paying off, as the Magpies were 2-0 down after 64 minutes.
But Notts County were able to fight their way back into the game thanks to a David McGoldrick penalty – before beating defeated by a late goal by Nathan Lowe.
Although the visitors did score late consolation goal with a Jack Hinchy in the 94th minute – something Karl Robinsons side will have to be careful of.

A win for Salford can see the home side move to one point off Notts County, putting them on 27 points.
While a win for the away side could see them break into the playoff places, as both sides continue to fight for promotion places.
The fixture will be hotly anticipated – with the game being televised on Sky Sports + at 12:30pm.
A win for Salford would set them up nicely, before the thick and fast three remaining December fixtures.
