A popular burger restaurant, Craft Burger, is set to open its newest branch in Salford this week as a part of its expansion.
The outlet on Eccles New Road will officially open on Wednesday November 13.
The new restaurant Craft Burger offers a range of homemade smash burgers, loaded fries, kebab, as well as desserts and more.
The burger establishment opened its doors in early 2020 in Middlesborough.
And following its opening, the burger restaurant proved to be a hit, with the company already opening three additional branches in the North East, including South Shields, Sunderland, and Hartlepool.
However, this will be the burger house’s first expansion outside the North East, and will be the newest branch in Eccles.
Following the transition, owner of Craft Burger, Cameron, spoke about why they decided to open their newest venture in the heart of Salford, as he said: “We want to open in Salford to tap into that market because there’s a lot of burger places but they don’t match our quality.
“We also had a fantastic opportunity with a local individual,” he added.
Cameron also shared the unique nature of Craft Burgers, and why they stand out from other fast-food restaurants of a similar nature.
He continued: “What makes our burgers so special is that, from our understanding, we are the only ones who use fresh Angus beef. It is always minced on the day, never frozen!
“That is what I think sets us apart from other brands.”
Cameron expressed his excitement about repeating the success they had in the Northeast in Salford, saying: “We really want to see if we can emulate the success we have had from our North East stores.
“So far, we have had a lot of interest online and lots of messages coming in from people who have seen the site in Eccles as it was being built.”
He continued: “We are now just eager to open this week so people can come in and we can meet the community, and serve some amazing food to them!”
