The newest and biggest sushi bar in the North West joined the restaurants in MediaCity earlier this year.
The restaurant formerly known as Lime Bar, has been welcomed to the front of Quayside Shopping Centre opposite the Lowry theatre.
The bar that showcased food and sport was previously celebrating its 24th year of trading in 2024, but has now entered the Asian food market this year.
The sushi bar saw a complete transformation, and opened its doors this August.
The “vibey restaurant and bar” has an exciting new menu that consists of a wide range of food items that include sushi, sashimi, rice, and noodles options as well as Uramaki.
Guests of the restaurant even have the option of halal and gluten free menus.
The restaurant is one of five locations across Greater Manchester, being located in Wilmslow, Altrincham, Cheetham Hill, and West Didsbury.
And despite their growing success, this particular eatery has holds the title of the “North’s newest and biggest sushi bar.”
The restaurant has had growing success, and embraces the street food style whilst blending it with “expertly crafted sushi, authentic pan Asian classics, and the zingiest Japanese inspired cocktails.”
The new sushi bar has also had a complete makeover to match the name and menu, with a new vibrant indoor colour scheme.
Guests who enter the restaurant are greeted by an all-new sushi bar in the centre of the restaurant, where you can watch trained chefs prepare your meal.
Restaurant visitors will have the chance to experience wonderfully crafter asian cuisine, whilst also being able to enjoy the ambience of MediaCity and Salford Quays.
The bar also offers guests to enjoy themselves with family and friends, and even use their “Foto booth” to capture the memories for £5.
