The newest and biggest sushi bar in the North West has joined the restaurants in MediaCity.
The restaurant Unagi, formerly known as Lime Bar, has been welcomed to the front of Quayside Shopping Centre opposite the Lowry theatre.
The bar underwent a complete transformation to emerge as a sushi specialist over the summer.
The “vibey restaurant and bar” has an exciting new menu that consists of a wide range of food items that include sushi, sashimi, rice, and noodles options as well as Uramaki.
Guests of the restaurant even have the option of halal and gluten free menus.
The restaurant is one of five across Greater Manchester, in Wilmslow, Altrincham, Cheetham Hill, and West Didsbury.
The restaurant embraces the street food style whilst blending it with “expertly crafted sushi, authentic pan Asian classics, and the zingiest Japanese inspired cocktails.”
The new sushi bar has also had a complete makeover to match the name and menu, with a new vibrant indoor colour scheme.
Guests who enter the restaurant are greeted by an all-new sushi bar in the centre of the restaurant, where you can watch trained chefs prepare your meal.
Restaurant visitors will have the chance to experience wonderfully crafter asian cuisine, whilst also being able to enjoy the ambience of MediaCity and Salford Quays.
The bar also offers guests to enjoy themselves with family and friends, and even use their “Foto booth” to capture the memories for £5.
