The popular waterside foodie destination, Kargo MKT will be celebrating its first Birthday this weekend.
Located just along the waterfront from the Quayside Shopping Centre, CentralBay is home to Kargo MKT; a giant food hall comprised of 20 different food outlets that offer up cuisines from all around the world.
And after a year of being open they will look to celebrate in appropriate fashion, offering 400 free pints for the first 400 visitors on the day.
The party celebrations will look to continue from 11am to 11pm, with a long list of acts set to be involved.
Offering something for everyone, the event will see children be able to enjoy Louby Lou Clown Spooky Show between 11am and 12pm – where tickets can be found here.
With the celebrations being followed by free candle painting between 1pm to 3pm – where tickets can be found here.
From then on the festivities will continue to build, with a long list of performances from Lion Dance from 1pm, followed by DJ Ande at 1:30pm to 3pm, DJ Sam Pills to 3pm to 5pm.
And the party atmosphere will continue to build as DJ Rosa will perform from 5pm to 7pm, and the birthday event closing with DJ Matty White from 7pm to 11pm.

Kargo.MKT has been a key development in the heart of the Quays, and has seen so much success in its first year of opening being listed in the top five best food halls in the UK by the British Street Food Awards 2024.

The exciting experiences have been a major reason behind the success of the Quayside location, and visitors will be able to tuck into the huge selection of global cuisine, and even enjoy the brand new additions of Dora Sushi and Fuego 1987.
The event will be open all day from 11am to 11pm, guests who wish to attend the first two events will need to book tickets in advance.
