Salford will have to get ready to get into the groove this weekend, with famous British boyband JLS will headline Barton Aerodrome.
The chart-topping band will be capturing hearts as they take centre stage on Barton Aerodrome’s runway.
With VIP tickets and concession tickets already sold out, there is only a handful of tickets remaining for fans hoping to attend Saturday’s show.
Fans travelling to the show will be hoping to hear their iconic pop classics like “Beat Again” and “Everybody in Love”.
With the gates opening at 5 pm, with the headling act being played into the open air of Barton Aerodrome until 10:30 pm.
The open-air atmosphere of the airport will allow fans to reminisce and relive the classic tunes with their unique blend of R&B, pop, and soul.
And it was that unique style that resonated with fans when they rose to fame through the reality talent show, The X Factor in 2008.
With the band narrowly missing out on winning the show, placing second to Alexandra Burke.
However, despite not winning the show the band consisting of Aston Merrygold, Oritsé Williams, Marvin Humes, and JB Gill, gained a lot of popularity.
With the group instantly becoming pop sensations with their first two singles both reaching number one on the UK singles charts.
However, following their successes the band would eventually break up in 2016, much to the disappointment of their adoring fans.
But the break-up wouldn’t last long with the group confirming their reunion in 2020, going onto release their fifth studio album 2.0.
With the album leading to the band going on the Everybody Say JLS: The Hits Tour in Autumn 2023.
And despite the excitement for the band that hope to blow their fans away, there is also a lot more on offer for fans attending, with a special guest appearance from Lemar.
With the band already previously performing together on stage, with the five sharing the stage in 2010’s Sport Relief singing “What About Love”.
The UK singer songwriter will share the stage with the iconic boyband for an unmissable performance.
Last entry into the show will be 7 pm, of what promises a wonderful way for fans to spend the weekend evening.
