TV celebrity chef Ching-He Huan and others local stars will be attending this year’s ‘Festival of Flavours’ at RHS Garden Bridgewater.
The festival will feature live cookery demos, celebrity chef appearances, edible garden tours, food markets and expert advice on growing your own produce from September 13 – 15.
The weekend will also be filled with culinary inspiration, with the main stage hosting live demos from celebrity chef Ching-He Huang, Ben Chaplin from Salford’s The Black Friar, expert local producers and Great British Bake Off The Professionals stars Harwood’s Patisserie.
Foodies can also look forward to talks from local producers offering top tips on everything plot-to-plate and edible tours of the Kitchen Garden.
Rachel Fitzgerald from RHS Garden Bridgewater said: “Building on the success of the previous two festivals, we’re expecting thousands of visitors to attend this unique event which will once again bring together growers and chefs, communities, families, foodies and gardeners of all ages and backgrounds, in a celebration of the harvest and plot-to-plate eating.
“There will be live demonstrations by top chefs and passionate home cooks using fresh, seasonal produce picked from the gardens at RHS Garden Bridgewater. Visitors will have a chance to learn from RHS experts, browse local food stalls, sample prize-winning produce, take tours of the edible gardens and much more.”
