Police have charged three men and a woman following a suspected stabbing on Adelphi Street over the weekend.
A 20-year-old man suffered serious injuries on Saturday (June 8), although thankfully these are not life-threatening or life-changing.
20-year-old Marley Brown of Selig Parade, Sheffield, 20-year-old Rio Vernardakis, of Nancy Street, Manchester, 24-year-old Safia Swallow, of Mere Fold, Salford and and 17-year-old McKenzie Purtill of Littler Avenue, Manchester were all charged with violent disorder.
They were remanded in custody ahead of an appearance at Manchester Magistrates Court on Sunday (June 9).
