The classic family board game, Monopoly, has re-released its City of Salford version in time for Christmas.
The board features a number of Salford’s iconic landmarks that represent the city’s “rich history and bustling culture.”
This includes the Salford Cathedral, Ordsall Hall and the Salford Quays, previously known as the Manchester Docks, which Queen Victoria opened in 1894.
Other Salford landmarks featured on the board include The Lowry Theatre, Salford’s Museum & Art Gallery, Peel Park and the 120-year-old Salford Lads Club.
The game also pays homage to local organisations like the Salford Red Devils rugby team.
The board is priced at £34.99 and is available to buy on Amazon.
