Kargo MKT is the latest addition to Salford Quays, having made a grand entrance this September and hosting a variety of food vendors.
It has already seen a record numbers of visitors to the largest independent food and drink operations in the North.
The new food hall is home to twenty different kitchens of all different types of cuisine, waiting to serve the Salford community.
And with the venue being able to seat 400 people, there is a lot of excitement about the future of Central Bay’s newest attraction.

When is the Kargo MKT open?
Since its opening in September, Kargo MKT has seen a lot of success and attention.
The venue sees its doors open to this array of cuisine as well as a variety of events for the Salford community from 9am-11pm Monday-Wednesday, 9am-12am Thursday-Saturday and 10am-10:30pm on Sunday.
