Multi-award winning crime author, Peter James, is set to give a free talk to Salfordians for National Libraries week.
The 75-year-old author is set to host the exclusive online event on Tuesday 3rd October at 12.30, discussing his success, as well as the importance of local libraries.
Celebrated for the likes of 2004’s Dead Simple, and 2006’s Looking Good Dead, the 2015 WHSmith, The Best Crime Author of all Time Winner has written more than 30 bestselling books throughout his career, and sold more than 21 million copies.
His novel Host was the world’s first electronic novel, published on two floppy disks, with a copy in the Science Museum, London.
Peter’s career has also seen him work in film and television, with more than 26 credits, and his bestselling novel, Grace, adapted into an ITV series starring John Simm.
