Free access to magazines and newspapers through Salford Library card scheme

Salfordians with a library card will soon be able to access free e-magazines and e-newspapers online, thanks to a new scheme.

The BorrowBox scheme begins tomorrow (Thursday 1 June) and allows all those registered with a library card in the area to access thousands of free magazines and newspapers, as well as books and audiobooks.

Materials can be accessed through the BorrowBox app, a free Australian-based app which allows users from across the world to access media.
