The uncle of a Salford man who went missing on a night out has released an urgent plea asking for public support.
Chris Hodgen, managing director at Absolute design services, shared a heartfelt Linkedin plea for his nephew, Joshua Cadman, who went missing in Manchester on Monday evening (May 15).
Joshua was last seen at 4.50pm, wearing black trainers with a white sole, black cargo shorts, grey jumper with a black North Face coat, and a green/grey backpack.
Mr Hodgen shared that Joshua had not returned home since the evening and the family have received no communication from him. He continued: “He hasn’t returned home and his wider family haven’t heard from him at all. His phone is off and hasn’t been on since that evening.
“He is a bright, talented developer who actually works for me at Absolute.

“The police are starting to get their act in to gear, but we need to make sure Josh returns home safe and well. My sister and her husband are beside themselves as you would imagine.”
Mr Hodgen shared the post on LinkedIn “as I have a lot of business contacts in Manchester and the wider areas so it would be great if you can share”. He continued: “If anyone has a bar/restaurant in Manchester or a shop please check through your CCTV from after 5pm on Monday please and let us know if you find anything.
“He was due at Dukes 42, but I gather never turned up.”
