The Black Friar pub in Salford is set to host a family Easter Eggstravaganza to raise money for a local children’s cancer research charity.
A children’s DJ, charity tombola, arts and crafts, face pointing, bubble blowing and more will make for a jam-packed day of Easter shenanigans on Saturday April 8 at the pub in Blackfriars Road.
There will also be an Easter egg hunt, which will be hosted in the pub’s award-winning Spring Garden.
The Black Friar’s outdoor kitchen and bar will also be open.
All money from ticket sales and activity donations will go to Kidscan, a Salford-based research charity that works to improve and develop treatments for children diagnosed with cancer.
The Black Friar Salford website said staff hoped families would support the charity and raise more awareness of its work.

Tickets are £3 for adults and £2 for children. Click here to book for the Easter Eggstravaganza from either 10am-12pm or 12pm-2pm.
