The Craft Hares consists of Emily Jane, 30, and her mother, Jean. They began their business three years ago, but have previously been selling hand knitted items to family and friends.
Both women worked in patient facing roles in the NHS during the pandemic.
Emily said: “We started The Craft Hares, to relieve some of the stress during the pandemic as we often use crafting as a method to reduce anxiety after busy days at work.
“We started selling knitted hats alongside other products such as face coverings, scrunchies and bags.
“Craft fairs have helped us to develop relationships with different communities in the local area.
“We love attending fairs, because we love to meet new people, and share our products with others.”
