A series of free support sessions for people suffering with the effects of Long Covid are coming to Salford.
The sessions are have been organised by Salford health Improvement and are held either in-person or virtually. They plan to offer sufferers the opportunity to discuss their symptoms, share tips, discuss their journey and the barriers they have overcome.
Symptoms of Long Covid include breathlessness, pins and needles, loss of smell, joint pain, fever, a continuous cough, sore throat, headaches and and chest pains.
Virtual sessions are held via Teams on Tuesdays (6-7.30), and in-person meetings are held at Humphrey Booth Resource Centre in Swinton on Thursdays 1-2:30pm.
