The AJ Bell Stadium, home to the Salford Red Devils and Sale Sharks, will host England vs Fiji in a warmup game this Friday.
This will be the third senior England international game played at the stadium since it opened in 2012.
It previously hosted England’s 48-4 win over France in the 2012 Autumn International Series, as well as a 15-14 defeat to Italy in a warmup game for the 2013 World Cup.
The clash was originally scheduled to take place at Rochdale’s Crown Oil Arena, however due to the postponement of the world cup last year, the match was moved to Salford’s AJ Bell Stadium.
This is England’s first meeting with Fiji since a 34-12 win at the 2013 world cup.
England announced the 24-man squad that would participate at this year’s home world cup on Friday 30 November.

Coach, Shaun Wane said: “I said last year before the World Cup was postponed that Fiji were ideal opposition for us to get ready for the Samoa game. I’m pleased we’ve been able to rearrange the game for this year.”
England vs Fiji will be England’s final warm up game ahead of the tournament opener against Samoa in Newcastle on 15 October.
