Mind Salford have released tips to help people battle their mental health with changes in Covid restrictions.
During the Covid-19 pandemic, many of us struggled with our mental wellbeing, with the new restrictions and the new variant, many of us are starting to feel the anxiety again.
The Mind Salford branch have released tips for taking care of your mental wellbeing; Keeping in touch with friends, getting natural light exposure, finding ways to pass the time and looking after your physical health.

Mind also help us further understand the feelings of anxiety and low mood regarding the pandemic in particular. They explain how many of us are feeling and what we can do to help.
The also offer more support for mental health problems, such as coping, accessing treatment, looking after your practical needs – such as housing support, access to food/medicine and looking after your home environment during the coronavirus pandemic.
Many people suffered with loneliness and isolation during the pandemic.
Further support is also available regarding going in to work environments, supporting your children’s wellbeing and useful contacts during the pandemic.
