As part of its Lockdown 2.0 collection, Seven Brothers has released its first-ever gose beer: Salty Tiers.
For those that don’t know, gose is a German beer with a sour, herbal and strong salty taste.
The local brewery’s gose blends blackberries and cherries with a hint of pink Himalayan sea salt.
The first lockdown special beer launched last month with the brewery aiming to lift people’s spirits in the run-up to Christmas.
🍺THE PINK PINT 🍒
Have you tried our new beer yet? Salty Tiers is our first ever Gose – a cherry and blackberry sour with an addition of pink Himalayan sea salt to balance the fruit and tartness.

The lockdown special beers are available exclusively from the online store for a limited time.
The tongue-in-cheek name of the beer is in reference to the current Covid-19 guidelines and isn’t the first time the brewery has got somewhat political.
Earlier this year, Seven Brothers released King of the North. The beer endorsed Greater Manchester mayor Andy Burnham while also raising money for OneGM.
The Salford brewery is also offering online brewery tours complete with an at-home tasting experience.
Top trumps to @SEVENBRO7HERS and Beth for a wonderfully knowledgeable and insightful virtual brewery tour yesterday. An awesome variety of beverages was consumed 👌🏻 @paul_bwfc @bwfc1877 pic.twitter.com/wxwb5GXmEs
