The musical was originally supposed to be taking place throughout November, but new government guidelines have meant that The Lowry has had to close its doors temporarily.
It is set to include new bits and bobs that have never been seen in London before.
The multi-award-winning show tells the tale of Henry VIII’s six wives, remixing five hundred years of historical heartbreak into an 80-minute celebration of 21st-century girl power.
Its soundtrack, which can be streamed via most music services, has over 850,000 monthly listeners on Spotify.
There are also rumours that Six will also be making its way onto our big-screens, as creators Toby Marlow and Lucy Moss tease during an interview with the Metro.
Marlow admitted to having a ‘dream cast’ for the on-screen adaptation written out on his phone, but he “will not share [his dream cast]…because it will be more fun when it comes out and [he] can go ‘I wrote this list and we’ve not got a single one!'”
