BREAKING: Salford on nearly 940 cases

Salford is on 938 confirmed cases of coronavirus, an increase of THREE.

The data was released today by the Department for Health and Social Care in partnership with the Office for National Statistics.

The current number of cases in each region is as follows:

SALFORD: 938, an increase of THREE

BURY: 771, an increase of SEVEN

BOLTON: 1,025, an increase of ONE

ROCHDALE: 810, an increase of NINE

OLDHAM: 1,091, an increase of SEVEN

TAMESIDE: 745, an increase of FIVE

STOCKPORT: 1,055, an increase of ONE

MANCHESTER: 1,597, an increase of TEN

TRAFFORD: 830, a decrease of TWO

WIGAN: 1,210, an increase of TWO
