This Saturday, Salford City will host Crawley Town in an EFL League Two at the Peninsula Stadium.
The hosts are unbeaten in their last 5 games in all competitions, but will be looking to bounce back from last weekend’s tough draw against Port Vale.
Meanwhile Crawley have themselves enjoyed a run of good form: securing 10 points from a possible 15 in the their last 5 league games.
The Amps lost the reverse fixture earlier in the season, where goals from Nathan Ferguson and Bez Lubala saw Crawley win 2-0.
Avoiding defeat on Saturday will extend Salford’s current unbeaten streak even further. The run is now 5 in all competitions, including vital wins over Accrington Stanley and Cambridge United.
Salford captain Liam Hogan is confident his side can maintain their good run of form. Speaking after the Port Vale game, Hogan said “There’s a good feeling in the camp, you can tell. The longer we can keep the unbeaten run going, the better.”
