Those taking part are encouraged to bring legwarmers, tutus and face paint to get into the spirit of the Night of Neon.
Joshua Hughff, sporting events officer at The Christie Charity, said: “The Night of Neon encourages participants to dress up in neon colours, accessories and face paint for 5km or 10km around Salford Quays to raise money for The Christie.
“It’s a family friendly, fun event, with face painters, glitter artists and neon dance acts.
“Last year’s event had a record number of over 600 people taking part and raised over £60,000 for The Christie charity.”
Starting and finishing at MediaCityUK, dance or walk your way around Salford Quays while enjoying the party with live music acts, refreshments and a fantastic atmosphere.
