The company True student accommodation is opening four new student residences in Salford, Birmingham, Swansea and Glasgow.
The new accommodation in Salford is set to open in September 2020, accommodating 402 beds.
The L-shaped 13-storey development is proposed by London-based Bricks Capital and has been designed by Liverpool practice KKA Architecture.
Bricks intends the facility to be branded under its True student accommodation brand, which is operational in Glasgow and Newcastle and has plans for a site in Birmingham and a second Glasgow scheme.
Marc Carter, Chief Operating Officer at Bricks Capital said: “Studying at university is such an important time in life and we are committed to supporting our residents in getting the very best from the experience, starting with first-class accommodation, but more importantly extending to the inclusive, family-like community we are creating here.
“We want our residents to be happy, healthy, and successful, both during and beyond their time with us.”
Harriet Yates, Group Marketing Manager at Bricks Capital says “The new student accommodation will benefit Salford in many different ways.
“Students in Salford will benefit from the accommodation with plenty of social spaces to improve general wellbeing, including; festival and study zones, a gym, sky lounge, sky kitchen and cinema room.
“We also offer students events almost everyday including; social brunches, yoga classes, cooking classes and puppy parties.
“Students can also choose to live in a shared apartment or private suite – all bills are included.
“Not only can students benefit from this new development but there will be jobs available for local people.”

Features include a double height entrance, a coffee shop, gym, picture house and library, along with a breakout “festival zone”, along with a slide inside.
The 0.7-acre site is located at King William Street, where The Quays and Broadway meet, and is described as an “important transition site” between the largely low-rise environment to the north and the increasingly high-rise district of Salford Quays itself.
