Greater Manchester Police are appealing for witnesses after a serious road traffic collision involving a Motorbike took place in Eccles late last night.
A 26-year-old Male was involved in a collision with the central reservation near the West One Retail Park at around 10pm last night (Wednesday 31 October 2018).
The man was taken to hospital where he now remains in a critical condition. Poilic have appealed for anyone with any information on te incident to come forward. This could include any possible eye witnesses or dashcam footage that may have captured the crash.
Police Sergeant Darren Hancock of GMP’s Serious Collision Investigation Unit, said: “The man’s family are by his bedside while he remains in hospital and my thoughts are with them.
“We need people who saw what happened or who have any vital information to contact us.
“It happened outside of the McDonald’s, which is a popular stretch of road, even at that time of night.
“Please think back to last night – were you in the area? Did you see something? Whatever it is, please call us.”
