GREATER Manchester Police (GMP) are giving the public the opportunity to tackle antisocial behaviour in Salford by using money seized from criminals.
The Asset Recovery Incentivisation Scheme (ARIS) gives GMP the opportunity to use money they have taken from criminals (or that they have had to pay back once they’ve been convicted of doing something illegal) to help communities.
GMP now have money available for certain areas in Greater Manchester, including Langworthy in Salford, and they need the public to help decide where it should be spent.
We have an opportunity to put funds back in to certain areas of Greater Manchester using money seized from criminals. Read more and find out how to apply on our website;
