There are severe delays on the Metrolink with replacement buses being used to continue the flow of transport.
Eccles to Ashton services are now operating as normal however with severe delays. The replacement bus service is still in operation and we still have ticket acceptance on the 33, 50 and 70 bus services.

Bin collections across the area will go ahead as planned, but with slight delays expected.
Our bin collection teams are out and about across Manchester today despite the snowfall.
Collections are taking longer than usual due to the adverse weather conditions, but we'd advise residents to leave their bins out – crews will collect when they can. pic.twitter.com/lUFkoGSpBX
