CCTV images of a suspected Salford Robber of a cash-in-transit robbery have been released by Salford police.
After being threatened by a weapon, a security guard attempted to lock himself in his van, outside Willow Tree Primary School, during the incident.
After handing over the money, the guard watched the criminal run away in the direction of Eccles Road, at approximately 10.30am on Sunday, February 4th.
Detective Constable Philip Kumeta from GMP’s Salford team, said: “It is frightening that the guard was threatened and had money taken so violently when he was simply doing his job.
“We have released images of a man we wish to speak to in connection with the incident, but we need the public’s help in identifying who the man is.
