IF you are looking to see Santa in Salford this weekend, volunteers from the Worsley Rotary Club are battling the cold to bring Father Christmas to your street with their annual Santa float.
The Santa float will be touring parts of Worsley, Walkden, Little Hulton, Wardley, Ellenbrook, Boothstown, Winton and Moorside until the 22nd December.
Here is when and where you can catch Santa on his sleigh;
Friday, 15th December | Birch Road/Rydal Crescent

Monday, 18th December | Coniston Avenue/Eastham Way

Tuesday, 19th December | Roe Green

Wednesday, 20th December | Westwood Estate, Winton

Thursday, 21st December | Madams Wood
|
Friday, 22nd December | Moorside
|
The float will also be at Tescos Farnworth on the 19th and 20th December.
You can also find Santa at Salford Quays where families can take part in the Santa Cruise on the Manchester Ship Canal. (16th 17th December)
Tickets for the cruise cost £11 for adults and £9 for children. Adult tickets include a sherry and mince pie.
