Posting on the Facebook page, where over 8,000 people have shown interest in the event, the details say: “Let’s face it, Pizza & Prosecco are probably the two best things in the world, so what could be better than bringing the two together for a festival based around the ultimate food and drink duo”.
Local traders will be serving piping hot slices of deliciously fresh pizza accompanied by a @littletipplevan glass of sparkly.
Pizza will be available throughout the day from independant Pizza traders including Dough Boys Leeds, Ffwrnes Pizza and Good Fillas.
The Tiny Tipple Van will be there to ensure your pizza is matched up with the perfect choice of bubbles.
You’ll be spoilt for choice with a selection of sparkling Prosecco cocktails, live music and sing-a-long pop classics.
Upon entry festival goers will be greeted with a free glass of Prosecco and the all important book everyone should own – a Prosecco Bible.
You’ll be able to quiz your friend’s knowledge on the 20 different types of Prosecco available.
The Pizza and Prosecco Festival is the perfect way to ‘cheers’ to summer and welcome winter, blankets and heat lamps will make for a cosy feel while you enjoy your day with friends from 2:00 – 11:00 pm.
The Pizza and Prosecco Festival only a week away from landing in Manchester, celebrating its UK tour of 21 major cities.
Final release tickets for Manchester are still available here, for Saturday 16th September.
