NATIONAL League North side Curzon Ashton have made midfielder Michael Potts their first signing of the summer.
The 24-year-old played against the Nash for Bradford Park Avenue last term but finished the campaign at Shaw Lane Aquaforce in the Evo-Stik First Division South.
Tameside-based Curzon finished 11th in 2015-16 – their debut season in the sixth tier of English football.
Potts started out as a striker in Manchester United’s academy before moving to a deeper role in midfield with Blackburn Rovers.

The Preston-born player later joined York City who he helped gain promotion from the Conference in 2012 and scored three goals in 13 appearances in League Two the following season.
Potts has also had spells in non-league with Guiseley, AFC Fylde and Stalybridge Celtic during the 2013-14 and 2014-15 seasons, before arriving in West Yorkshire last summer.
The club said in a statement on their website: “We would like to extend a warm welcome to Michael and hope he enjoys his time at the Tameside Stadium.”
Potts will link up with Curzon boss John Flanagan and his new team-mates once they return for pre-season training in the coming weeks.
He is the first of five new signings to be announced on a daily basis this week.
